Founded in September 2021, PRAYAS: Progressive Regional Association of Youth for Advancement of Sciences is a community of enthusiastic students, researchers and academicians working for science popularization among students and the general public. PRAYAS will serve as a platform for the manifestation of scientific aptitude in students and the public while indulging in healthy competitions and other scientific activities. The association brings together students, teachers, college and university lecturers, professors, scientists and researchers from industry for organizing science promotion activities. PRAYAS is a registered society under Societies Registration Act with Govt. of Punjab. 

INYAS: Indian National Young Academy of Sciences

Indian National Young Academy of Sciences (INYAS) in the first and only recognized young scientist academy of India. INYAS was founded by the INSA council in December 2014 with a vision to promote Science education and networking among young scientists at National as well as International level. Currently, we have a total of 95 members. Through our many initiatives, such as National Frontiers of Science meetings, technical symposiums, Science outreach camps, remote area lectures, career awareness workshops, webinars on current topics and many more, we are actively working to connect the young scientists of the country as well as world for Science promotion. INYAS provides a platform to exchange ideas, initiate discussions on scientific topics, collaborations among the new generation of scientists and to make the voices of the young researchers be heard by senior academicians and policy makers of the country. 

PRAYAS is a volunteer-run organization. We do not provide a stipend or honorarium for any position at PRAYAS.
