Mr. Paras is an experimental quantum physicist specializing in quantum technologies. He earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Hons. School) in Physics from Guru Nanak Dev University and later completed a Master's degree at Université Paris-Saclay. He pursued his Ph.D. at CEA Saclay, focusing on experimental quantum physics. After completing his Ph.D. in 2024, he worked at Quobly on CMOS-based electron spin qubits. He is currently a Senior Quantum Measurement Engineer at C12 Quantum Electronics, working on advanced quantum measurements and quantum device control. His expertise includes quantum transport, cryogenic measurements, RF electronics, and spin-qubit technologies

Dr. Jasbir Singh Hundal is a distinguished physicist, educator, and academic leader with more than 34 years of experience in teaching, research, and institution building. He earned his M.Sc. and M.Phil. from Guru Nanak Dev University, a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee, and completed postdoctoral research at Pennsylvania State University, USA. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including Professor, Head of Physics, Campus Director, Founder Director, Founder Registrar, and Dean (R&D) at various institutions across Punjab. He played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding major academic and research infrastructures. His research in piezoelectric and pyroelectric composites has produced over 100 publications and guided numerous research scholars.

Dr. Puneet Kaur
Dr. Puneet Kaur is a physicist and materials scientist who earned her B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Physics from Guru Nanak Dev University. Her research has focused on functional oxide materials, luminescence tuning, photocatalysis, and advanced oxide electronics. After working at CSIR–Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, she joined National Cheng Kung University, where she studies oxide thin films, freestanding membranes, and twisted oxide heterostructures. Her work explores moiré superlattices, ferroic phase engineering, and quantum interfacial phenomena. She is also associated with Center of Quantum Frontiers Research and Technology, contributing to research on quantum materials and next-generation functional oxide electronics.

Prof. Ravi Kumar is a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at NIT, Hamirpur. He holds a M.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and PhD from TIFR Mumbai with specialisation in functional Oxide Materials. With over three decades of experience, he has served as a Dean of Research and Consultancy, Dean of Planning and Development, Head of the Centre for Materials Science and Engineering at NIT Hamirpur, Principal of BCET, Gurdaspur and Group-in-charge at IUAC, New Delhi. He has guided 33 PhD scholars, published over 480 research papers and delivered 150 invited talks.
